2 RM Back Squat
450 m Run x 2*

B. Leg lift to L, hold (75s), finish toes to bar (same rules as last Friday)

  • nice girlfriend nice…looks like the cfe wods are having a positive effect on your 400s…I think mine will be about the same…the corners make a bit of a difference…compared to straight aways in park…I did the 6 x 90 sec ON and 90 sec OFF yeseterday….(.23/.23/.23/.23/.24/.22)…Great wod !!@MLC

  • 2RM BS @ 115# – not my personal best, but was feeling a little sluggish today.

    400m run 1:51 and 1:53 definitely a PB for me. The last time we did 400m runs for time I was hitting 2:14.

  • On vacation today and taking it easy. Mom and I did a quick little lower body workout to give our shoulders a rest. 6 x ~100m beach sprints (16s each) followed by 1 min jump squats, 1 min sit-ups, 1 min kb swings, 1 min rest for total reps: 90/99/109. Bike ride tonight and waterskiing and wakeboarding tomorrow.
