A. Choose a weight and do 10 rounds for total reps:
30 seconds – Barbell Power Clean
30 seconds rest
30 seconds – Barbell Push Jerk
30 seconds rest

B. Toes-to-bar to L-sit (hold) to toes-to-bar. Accumulate 75s in hold.

  • This is one of those deceptive WODs where on paper it looks simple enough but…

    Wt = 95#
    Cleans = 65 reps
    Jerks = 64 reps

    Did my 1RM DL = 280#

  • …..135 lb., 59 cleans, 54 jerks. That was sweaty….

  • I need to learn better technique on these…I lack confidence in these lifts…and also feel weak…

  • You rock Melisa! By the way .. you should’ve seen the muscles in your arms when you where deadlifting .. crazy .. ( little ego boost for you there ) I liked this wod .. it was hard but the 30 s rest was just enough time to get you over it and pumped for the next round.

  • This workout looked like so much fun that I jumped in at the end of the night to do a half version of the wod, 5 rounds of each. Kept it relatively light to give my shoulders a rest. Cleans ranged from 9 to 12 reps per interval and jerks from 7 to 11 reps per interval @ 75#… Fun Fun Fun
