Had to do this one using only one arm. Used 17.5# DB. Got 8 rounds +5+7+4. Thanks for the competition Nat!

I liked that WOD, but my hang cleans need work…9 thrusters short of 8 rounds with 40#. Are you in tomorrow Erika?

I am trying to keep up at work…….might have just messed up a knee….I am a mess….but
SQUAT HSPU Pull UP workout was tough……and fun…
SQUAT 225 x 26, 16 , 15 ,16, 16
HSPU (never done them before) 10, 9, 8, 9, 5
PULL UPS 16, 15, 12, 15, 8
TOTAL 196 Lower back was fatigued before my legs died but it actually gassed my whole body…AWSOME….
DOUBLE UNDERS I did 198…that was tough…..
This god awful workout I got 10 rounds + 1 SDHP…..

No, I won’t be in now until Tuesday. I have 23 people coming over for Thanksgiving dinner on Monday – lots of work to do!
