As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes of:
10 Wall Ball Shots (20#/14#)
10 Kettlebell Swings (75#/55#)
10 Pull-ups

This week has been a rough one on the body but more than enough fun to make it worth the bumps and bruises. 6 rounds today, first time with the pink band and it slowed me down but I had to make the jump sometime :) Thanks for the coaching! Oh and I have a mouthwatering chocolate cake recipe to post I just one to try one variation first…

    Finally starting to Rx pull up wods…getting ripped but not the kind of ripped I would like…my hands are a mess and I’m dreading the shower today…Wonder if Max would mind having a very stinky and bloody guest at her wedding today ?

    Killer on the shoulders, pullups ate up most of my time.
