Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

  • Okay .. it has taken me a good three days after doing Chelsea to even feel like I can do some light stretching .. did anybody else get this sore? I was even a little worried at one point ..

    I was really sore and still feeling it in my pecs a little today. That was a hell of a WOD.

  • Due to a stubborn shoulder problem, I did today’s wod using only my left arm.

    Press – 17.5/20/22.5/25/28
    Push Press – 22.5/25/28/30/25 only managed 2 reps at 30#
    Push Jerk – 20/22.5/25/28/30
