Workout of the  Day

Find your maximum height for box jumps.  Start off with a lower box and work your way up.

Then, 3 rounds for time:

Row 500m or Run 450m

3 Rope Climbs

6 Tire Flips

    18:07 with the big tire and a full rope climb, I think this is my first Rx’d WOD, yay :) I want to do more tire flips! I’m bruised and beaten looking though…

  • Sorry I missed this one. Woke up too sore for it today. Had to listen to my body and take a day off. Off to Quebec till Dec. See you guys when I get back. I will have to play catch up then.

    18:52 with run.
    first round i wasn’t using legs on the ropes and that gassed me out. last 2 rounds I started from standing for the ropes and used legs

    I have no idea how heavy those tires are – I don’t think it’s the kind of thing they tell you when you scavenge for used tractor tires! We can ask John though…

    I hear you. I was really sore this morning too, Nic and I convinced each other to do rx’d ladies weight for yesterday’s wod and we somehow managed to finish 7 rounds each. My thighs and triceps are toast.

    As for today’s WOD – 13:40 with the run and the lighter tire. Interestingly, the last round was the fastest. 4:40-9:45-13:40

  • ….after a pretty bad bout of sickness and being a bit hurt, i should be back full steam for the team workout tomorrow, quite excited….

  • 14:47 with the Big tire…….Im with Kimberly in that I want to flip more tires as well. It hurt, im bruised and dirty but I loved every minute of it.
    And Harvey, your box jumps were amazing!!!!!!!! awesome job!
