Sub WOD today, elbow is bugging me when I do push-ups…
5 rounds of 2 rope climbs, 4 tire flips, and 6 squat thrusters in 9:08. I found the tire flips easier than the thrusters

Did deadlifts instead of press today. 135/145/155/160/165(PR).
Couldn’t do the wod because of persistent shoulder problems so substituted Annie instead.

Not my best Annie time – struggled with the double unders today more so than usual. Couldn’t get the rhythm going. Had fun doing it though!

Got my press up to 155# x3 then went to 165#….did 2 reps and failed on third
Workout was 4:43 rx’d. Rope climbs went surprisingly well!
