Workout of the Day

Deadlift 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1

Take several minutes rest between sets.

Finish off with as many burpees as possible in 2 minutes.

    Went in this am for 7amish. Rough! About 12 hours of recovery between WODS, so I didn’t think this one through.

    I wanted to reach the elusive 200 and I made 210 :) My new goal is to make it up on that board! Congrats to Angela too! 27 Burpees, and fyi don’t do them on the carpet, it’s not padded underneath!

    Deadlift – 125-135-145-155-165(got 2, failed 3rd) 165-170-170 That’s a PR for me!

    31 or 32 burpees…

    Goal on DLs tonight was 270#….but that did not happen…what happened is I got some great coaching tho and felt something in my technique that I had never felt before….So I did not reach my previous PR but I would much rather improve my technique anyway…Thnx B!

    27 burpees, should have set my goal higher, I flaked out. I wish everyday was deadlift day.

    Was feeling good until that last set at 370 when I felt my back go again. Can barley walk today so thats not good and I think I will be out for a while……… agian………………no more heavy deadlifts for me…….
