Was feeling good until that last set at 370 when I felt my back go again. Can barley walk today so thats not good and I think I will be out for a while......... agian..................no more heavy deadlifts for me.......</description>

Goal on DLs tonight was 270#....but that did not happen...what happened is I got some great coaching tho and felt something in my technique that I had never felt before....So I did not reach my previous PR but I would much rather improve my technique anyway...Thnx B!
