		<description>Pretty happy I stopped in tonight to say hello and take a look at some of the times..... Did this one at work.... I am very happy overall with a time of 6:24. I really messed up the first two rounds of double unders and then did the third round in two sets the fourth UNBROKEN and the fifth 28 then four.  They are coming along.... sit ups still need work... 

Pressed 165 x 1, 185 x 1, 205 (fail), 185 x 1, 185 x 1

Just icing the back before bed.....

Hopefully be in tomorrow at 1500HRS...

		<description>Another PR today, 70x5 and then 75x4 my arms were wrong in the last rep, I need to stop my back from arching.  The WOD did not go as well, those DUs killed it for me, 17:11 using the blue band for the pushups.  I also somehow managed to bruise the top of my hand with the skipping rope and I&#039;ve had a few concerned inquiries... and I don&#039;t know how to explain it without explaining CF and then my students think I&#039;m a nutter.
