		<description>I&#039;m on day 3 for Paleo eating... if I&#039;m challenging anyone, it&#039;s myself. It&#039;s a whole new way of thinking what you are putting in your mouth. I walked by a sucker today and said &#039;Oooo a sucker&#039;.. then realized I can&#039;t eat those anymore. Makes me think of what random stuff I used to put in my body without even thinking about it. I was in the kitchen for 2 hours last night baking/cooking etc... and was actually enjoying myself. I used to think cooking was a chore, I seem to enjoy the challenge of recipes now. And my boyfriend is right beside me, so it&#039;s quality time we never had before. No cravings so far... but it&#039;s pizza day tomorrow... oh the will power. Can I atleast pick off the pepperoni? :)
If there is a Paleo Challenge... I am in.</description>

The workout was tough. Gripping the high fat bar killed me. 
Dropped the grip 5 times and managed 116 DU&#039;s before losing
50 for the drops. Took my 50 burpees medicine at the end.</description>
