  • Did totally different workout today due to shoulder problems.
    21-15-9
    Boat rocks
    jumping pull ups
    situps
    walking lunges
    finished sub 6.

    Tania thought it wasn’t quite enough of a workout so did tabata decksquats and bootstraps. My quads should recover next week sometime!

  • Did 135 lbs in 12:50 – could have gone faster if I hadn’t dropped it and reset each rep.

    Felt good about the pc technique – but still some work to be done there.

    Next time – could we change it from power cleans and jerks to deck to overhead?

    Anyone try this heavier than 135?
