195# on the clean – PR! I want 200+ before 2010! (I should have tried to jerk it for a post on the white board)

110 x1 PR on the clean! and good WOD today, 4:51 with the blue band, but most important is that they were all unbroken and I feel like I dug in to get it done. I also liked working on my “game face” as opposed to my usual “this-sucks grimace”. I think I’ll try and apply that to more WODs :)

After many attempts in the past….this was my first Rx’d WOD with PULL UPS!!!!!!! I Still cant kip well but I struggled through. There will be no mention of my time, but i did finish so that is all i am focusing on. Thank you to everyone last night who helped me through….without you I surely would have changed to the band!!!

K-mac…you did awesome yesterday…we are all motivated by different things…and many of us get motivated either by the time clock…the board…competing against our fellow cf’ers…our previous times on certain wods…ETC…

    but…

…sometimes I think it is important to turn that focus strictly on ourselves in order to improve on certain skills…in this case either cutting back the weight on a barbell to focus on technique…or what you did yesterday to work your pull ups…It may not be as fun but eventually it will pay off!

    Good job buddy!
