		<description>K-mac...you did awesome yesterday...we are all motivated by different things...and many of us get motivated either by the time clock...the board...competing against our fellow cf&#039;ers...our previous times on certain wods...ETC...

but...

...sometimes I think it is important to turn that focus strictly on ourselves in order to improve on certain skills...in this case either cutting back the weight on a barbell to focus on technique...or what you did yesterday to work your pull ups...It may not be as fun but eventually it will pay off!

		<description>After many attempts in the past....this was my first Rx&#039;d WOD with PULL UPS!!!!!!! I Still cant kip well but I struggled through.  There will be no mention of my time, but i did finish so that is all i am focusing on. Thank you to everyone last night who helped me through....without you I surely would have changed to the band!!!</description>
