    Full squat cleans – finished with 3×130

    WOD w 24″ box – 3.43 (I think, it was high 3s)
    Missed a couple K2E so re-did them.

    Crossfit rocks! For anyone just starting… cleaning 45# was a struggle just a few months ago and now today I hit a 3×105 with decent technique :) I the one who wanted to avoid cleans and snatches and now I love them!

    Did a sub WOD with Erika, GHD situps and 24″ box in 3:09, not sure if K2E would have been sub 5 … have to try it sometime.

    Congrats Kim, your technique looked great – good job!

    No cleans for me, did deadlifts instead. 3×175 – new PR!

    WOD w 16″ box and GHD situps instead of K2E 3:18.

    I would like to thank Tania for her help with my power cleans today and MLC as a working model. Instead of 3rep sets I worked on technique for close to an hour with a light weight.

    Started to elbows but couldn’t hold it throughout the wod…
