		<description>I would like to thank Tania for her help with my power cleans today and MLC as a working model.  Instead of 3rep sets I worked on technique for close to an hour with a light weight.

		<description>Crossfit rocks!  For anyone just starting... cleaning 45# was a struggle just a few months ago and now today I hit a 3x105 with decent technique :)  I the one who wanted to avoid cleans and snatches and now I love them!

Did a sub WOD with Erika, GHD situps and 24&quot; box in 3:09, not sure if K2E would have been sub 5 ... have to try it sometime.</description>
