Where people motivate/encourage you, not yell.

Couldn’t fall asleep last night…has “Angie anxiety” !
Nervous & Scared this morning…but def not alone with those feelings…
I didn’t care AT ALL about my time…pull ups were intimidating but knowing that I’ve already done 80 pullups…whats 20 more…but…my biggest fear was hitting the wall on push ups…I just wanted to be able to RX each rep with quality. No snaking…
First time doing Angie was “Lil Angie” June 2008…50 PUs on (black & blue), 75 KPUs, 100 sit ups, 100 squats.
TODAY I nailed it…RX’d BABY !!!
TIME: 30:46
Next time she comes up…I will be nervous BUT UNSCARED…and def a sub 30min.
THNX 6AM crew !

Glad I did not wuss out today…..and another day of humble pie…..I did sub 30…I can not remember the exact time….. Pull ups and sit ups……damn it.

Also attended a four hour Kettlebell seminar held by a RKC Instructor so I am fried!!!

I can’t make it in, but am planning on doing this at home. I haven’t been to the box since Friday – severe crossfit-fatique.
Also – just signed up for the gymnastics cert in Saskatoon in April of next year. Very much looking forward to it. I would split a hotel room if anyone else is planning on being there.

@Conrad
I said crossfit-fatigue – I meant crossfit withdrawal – very different

I like the longer WODs like Angie, 26:32 rx’d.
Push up were definatly the achilles heel for me.
November 18, 2009 at 8:28 pm
24:58 rx.
I agree push ups were the toughest part
November 18, 2009 at 9:40 pm
14:54, Rx’d. The pushups were killer.

First off, congrats to Brad on a very pretty muscle-up. Nice work dude! We actually met Brad and his folks at the airport at 6am this morning and had to cut in front of them in the security line. Thanks! Arrived in Austin and the weather is great out here. Didn’t get the chance to make to CrossFit Central today, but we found a Globo gym that had a power cage and bumper plates! Did my front squats, deadlift and press and finished with Monday’s 20-16-10 DB snatch/burpee wod in 5:35. Got a few strange looks. I miss CFW already…
