		<description>TWO things made me giver on the last round of GHD...

ONE was your words of encouragement in the back corner of the room near the showers...you mighta said 2 words...and I can&#039;t remember what they were...but they made me GO !

and 

TWO was the clock on the other side of the room...I needed to finish b4 it hit 15:00...I was ttly zoned out but had those two things racing through my mind on the last reps !...

		<description>I felt like Mr. Burns on the left after today&#039;s WOD.  Completely suprising... I was disappointed with my results but I felt like shi$ after so I think the WOD ( Turbo) did its (her) job.

I was very impressed with both MLC and Tapout today....

MLC&#039;s ability to grind round after round with sustained effort, no quit in that fighter,  and also TAPOUT&#039;s great affort on the last excercise of the last round....a great sprint to the finish I though she was gonna take flight.

I LOVE this place, inspirational every day I come.

Thanks Turbo for the post workout information....I am going to buy a cow so I can bypass the government.
