Class Schedule for January
Check out our new online class schedule here. As our On Ramp program starts for new members in January, we’re bringing back hour long classes, which will replace some of our Open Gym hours. Starting Jan 2nd, we’ll be holding a free drop-in classes for beginners every Saturday at 11:30. Feel free to attend and bring friends and family who want to try it out.
I LOVE the F50 !!! but don’t want to do it alone…anyone going at 6am !!!
It’s too bad this one had to show up on a day when it is only the morning session. This is one of my favorites and have to work in the morning and won’t be able enjoy in all the festive pain. Good luck too all that partake and merry Christmas.
So I fall into the working category as well, too bad, I would have liked to give it a try, I’ve really enjoyed the last two days!

Sorry to the working crowd. This is our 3rd annual chipper wods in the line of “How the Grinch Trained to Steal Christmas”. This year he chose a more conventional CrossFit wod. Take a look at last year’s Grinch wod here:
Not working today..but my legs, traps, back, fingers, ears, lungs etc are collectively screaming for mercy – so i will listen.

Not very happy with time…or performance…BUT I am happy with the improvement I made on lifting legs higher than last time on K2E…and using 14# med ball / 10 ft target much harder…
Need shave a few mins off next time…

I really had intentions of doing the 50 but I got up late. Amazing but beer does NOT help recovery.
Not so bad I guesss as my legs are messed up from Karen, that bitch who name escapes me (30 clean and jerks 70lb dumbells at home) and then the row from hell….
I am an addict now as I feel bad that I blew it last night and missed today….

Love the F50′s! Managed 35:?? used 10# MB and hit the 8 ft target but made sure I hit the target with every one. K2E was more K2chest. 25# push press sucked but I am still babying my shoulder somewhat.
