I don’t buy into the New Years Resolution’s which overwhelm our society this time of year; I believe that if you want to change your life, change it. Why wait until a New Year?
Here is a recent post from Scott Kustes, author of the Fitness Spotlight detailing his lessons learnt from his 30 years of life. Use it to reflect on your own life and post to comments what you have learnt throughout your 20, 30, 40, 50 or even 60 years of life.

My CrossFit experience was so awesome!! I don't think I've ever been around that much genuinely positive energy in my life! Everyone was so gracious and helpful, and at the end of On-Ramp I really felt I could do anything!! Your entire team, male and female, have such enviable physiques and I know I can get there, too, so thank you for what you guys do and for what you"

Crossfit Winnipeg took care of my New Year’s Resolution in July of this year….Although I had been back into the gym some time before July Crossfit, the Coaches and the fellow athletes have redefined what is important to me and my fitness and given me something to strive for.
Funny how defining goals has a trickle over effect. It started with getting my metcons in beter shape ( way better but WAY further to go), now my diet is getting in line…..more improvement for 09. I am not making any RESOLUTIONS this year. (first year in about 10 years.) I amd just setting goals and then intend on smashing them with good ‘ol hard work. (my list is being compiled and organized tomorrow)
Thanks to every coach and fellow athelete at CFW. Cheers to Happy Healthy Strong Fast Intense 2010.
