As part of our 1st annual real food challenge, we encourage you to stay after your workout on Wednesday, January 20th at 7:00PM to discuss nutritional strategies. You can bring your food log and discuss nutrition with coaches and fellow real food challengers. There will be opportunities for discussion and questions, but no formal presentation. All members are welcome, even those who aren’t participating in the challenge.
