		<description>I did all 5 rounds of front squats at 3 x 85#.  Pullups were 1 weighted negative using 30# weight, 3 chest to bar on the blue band and 5 strict on the blue band.  Managed to do full set first three rounds then 1/3/4 and 1/3/3.

Didn&#039;t read second part correctly so did all five rounds but not unbroken.

I think I meant to write this as 3 rounds. Don&#039;t worry if you don&#039;t get it all done. Personally this part of the workout was really rough for me. Only did 2 sets of GHD raises (14, 9) cuz my calf cramped on the first set and I was anxious that my hamstrings might cramp next. Toes to bar on the 2&quot; bar were rough, too. After quitting the GHD raises I did a whole bunch of sets between 4 and 7 reps playing with strict and kipping versions.

Sorry for the workout being so long... like I said, I swear I had written it to be shorter. So, either give yourself a bit more time to do it, or cut it short... maybe 3-4 rounds of A (make&#039;em heavy!) and 2-3 rounds of B.</description>

Watch your chin on the pull-ups today everyone :) My Chins ended up being scaled after I knocked myself right off the bar and almost out on butterfly pull-ups.... what a train wreck...( I kinda looked like B after his insane 2k row :) 

 (I also scaled b/c I could not get the numbers on the last two sets.. :( )
