    Power clean and push jerk 35/45/50/55/60/65/70/70 cleans went ok, felt a little pain in the rotation though, push jerk is got pretty heavy at 70.

    1/2 tabata row – 342-ish?

    Love the picture Madeline! Maybe that’s what I need to do before box jumps – pray!

    worked my way up to 205, felt strong but did go for a pr,
    532 for half tabata, that got tough quick!!

    Nothing like an easy warm up…..Tabata DU? WTF? (really I loved it…. :) )

    power cleans……never done one rep sets before…..

    ended with 220….failed at 230 …clean was fine but I was not getting under the bar on the push jerk.

    tabata row was nine hundred and something…..

    Walked 1 telephone pole, jogged 2 telephone poles, 2km for active rest day.
