Power clean and push jerk 35/45/50/55/60/65/70/70 cleans went ok, felt a little pain in the rotation though, push jerk is got pretty heavy at 70.
1/2 tabata row – 342-ish?

worked my way up to 205, felt strong but did go for a pr,
532 for half tabata, that got tough quick!!

power cleans……never done one rep sets before…..
ended with 220….failed at 230 …clean was fine but I was not getting under the bar on the push jerk.
tabata row was nine hundred and something…..
