		<description>Nothing like an easy warm up.....Tabata DU?  WTF?  (really I loved it.... :) ) 

power cleans......never done one rep sets before.....

ended with 220....failed at 230 ...clean was fine but I was not getting under the bar on the push jerk.

tabata row was nine hundred and something.....

Thanks for the help MLC.....
