I eat 2eggs and a grapefruit, orane and 2 CUPS OF COFFEE,
For lunch I have a breast of coffee and vegrtables carrot sticks, broccli, beets, spinch, celery

  • For breakfast I have 2 eggs a grapefruit, or orange sometinmes some a piece of chicken and 2 CUPS OF COFFEE.

For lunch it includes breast of chicken, or turkey. vegetables always, beets, broccli, spinch, celery, radishes and coffee.

Dinner is a stir fry. ground chicken/turkey FISH of all sorts aand all kinds of vegetables, peas, onions, broccli celery spinch. beets

I eat cheery tomatoes, and berries for snacks.

  • Had two boiled eggs with tomatoes and peppers.

  • I eat the same thing every morning:
3-4 hardboiled eggs (only eat 1-2 yolks), grapefuit & coffee, which after one week, I can now drink it black and have cut out the sugar completely.

The secret to making the perfect hard boiled eggs is as follows (don’t laugh, I like my eggs a specific way – yolk not too soft yet not too hard):
    Fill your pot with water.
Drop the eggs into the water (make sure the eggs are just covered by the water).
Stick pot on a hot element – HI.
Boil for exactly 12 minutes (the yolk will be medium soft – add a minute if you like your yolk hard).
Remove from stovetop and run cold water into the pot for a minute.
Let stand for one more minute. Drain all water (if you don’t drain the water right away, they will become harder to peel).
Peel & enjoy!! Great for on the go – it’s a no fail recipe everytime!!

  • @Sunshine
If you add some vinegar to the water your shells will never crack during boiling and they peel perfectly. :)

  • 5 eggs, celery, 2 oz of ham, sliced cucumber, 1/2 cup raw broccoli, water (to choke down the dry broccoli).

  • Fryed up some chicken breast with some lemon pepper – cracked 3 eggs into the pan mixed it up – not the greatest but got my energy and protein.

My way of cooking breaky usually involves – scrambled eggs, some meat (usually sausage – shrimp – or whatever was leftover from night before, then i top it with a big handful of spinach and fold it into the eggs and meat. Then if the morning and my fridge dictates i will have some broccoli or try to get another vegetable in there somewhere.
The spinach thing was something i learned from the first real food meeting (among other things).

  • Breakfast – 3 eggs, bacon, a banana & black coffee.

This is pretty standard for me for the past 6 months or so. Eggs, meat, fruit or vegetables and coffee. I am a creature of habit and breakfast is a 5 am so it needs to be quick and simple.

  • Breaky on my drive to work this am-cliff builder PB protein bar with black coffee (yeah I know, there’s some kind of sugar in the bar) slept in and needed something to eat with the coffee while I’m driving.

Brunch ( as I’m posting this) 2-eggs and 2 slices of back bacon….yummy, and 1 small gala apple. this is gonna last me for 6 hrs. Back to work!

  • My breakfast is pretty standard: 3 to 5 eggs scrambled with spinach / mushrooms / tomato and any other veggie I have that day to throw in. I start by simmering the vegetables a bit, to soften them up, in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil on medium heat. Then I throw in the eggs and a little bit of homemade salsa (if I have some) and some fresh ground black pepper. I always include 2 – 3 pieces of fruit with my breakfast (any fruit, I am not very picky).

Some days I throw in some meat depending on my WOD that day (Heavy work out days get more protein for breakfast). Last but not least I always have a cup of coffee, either black or with a bit of cream….I love coffee so much that I am not ready to part with it yet.

  • @Pascal
Pascal…whats your recipe for your salsa?

  • nothing too special but had some grilled ham, small cuke and fresh basil with black tea. Got a treat today, macadamia nut butter was on sale at Sobey’s, LOVE nut butters! yum. May have a good “sweet” treat recipe to share on Thurs nite, we’ll see that it works

  • Hardly a recipe but my typical breakfast is:
    Spinach and mushroom omelet
4 eggs (give or take depending on your preference)
    Spinach
    2 large mushrooms

I beat the eggs and then mix the cut mushrooms and as much spinach as the eggs will hold. Then cook em up with your choice of seasoning and top with salsa. Not a lot to it.
