how high is the high hang power clean?

On the clean it is basically mid-thigh… wherever “pockets” is for you. There should be very little lean in the upper body and an emphasis on the jump.

105# cleans
10 rounds plus a few lunges RX’d

10 rounds plus 1/2 set of lunges. Used 10# plate. Shoulders are fried!

Got to 160# hang clean and felt there was room for more
11 rounds as rx’d. I think the shoulders were fried more than the quads
