Question:
I did my pistols with my ‘free’ leg starting bent in front and moving towards crossing the ‘occupied’ leg. Legal?

I agree with Conrad, pull-ups were tougher than expected! My free leg did the same thing too.
And I forgot my coffee mug, boo.

Legal. On “pistols” the free leg must stay straight and cannot contact the ground.

really wanted to do Mary today, but the beachside jungle gym didn’t have a good spot for handstand pushups. 10 minute run to the jungle gym followed by a 10 min amrap: 10 pulslups, 10 bar dips, 10 pistols. Completed 4 rounds + 9 pullups.
As we were doing the workout, someone came up to us and asked if I run a bootcamp and if she could join the classes. Turns out she’s been training at CrossFit Victoria, so we’ve got a few canadians joining us for the week for Mazatlan bootcamp. Should be fun.
