As much of “Diane” as possible in 5-7 minutes
21-15-9
Barbell Deadlift 225
Handstand Push Ups or db press
Athletes will work with coach to choose a rep scheme (21-15-9, 15-12-9, etc.) and/or weight modifications (e.g. standing db shoulder press instead of hspu) to make the workout as close to 5:00 as possible. Workout will be aborted after 7:00. Should only be faster than 5:00 if doing Rx’d. What kind of work do you think you can handle in 5:00 all out???
Optional: Work on your handstand after the workout.

not as bad as it has, back is tight now thow!
Diane-WOD- I did 21-21 broken and it took me 6min. After that I moved to 135pd deadlift, and 85pd standing shoulder press for 15-15 and 9-9. I finished with a time of 10:53. The problem with the first part during the deadlift was not the weight with my legs, but not being able to hold onto the 225 bar. Handstand pushups were rough.
Diane – 6.29 with rx’d weight and HSPU to one ab mat. Goal, rx’d Diane in under 8min within 6 months.
