I can’t believe I have to miss this killer wod…working an event tomorrow…
don’t know what to say, except it was saturday and I just hate pants and shoelaces, but scarves are ok
had to run off early today so couldn’t finish the wod. finished up to the end of the set of 40 box jumps. 23:23. probably on pace for sub 30, but never know now I guess…
felt like I was being dunked under water over and over again… fun stuff.
Today’s WOD killed me!!! I can’t remember the last time a WOD sucked the life out of me. I wanted to visit my friend Chuck the whole time…26:something…def NOT rx’d. I do not recommend that anyone eat a full breakfast 1hr prior to this type of WOD. I think I’m going to take a nap now…
That was a beast of a WOD!!! I think that was a runner up for the toughest WOD (personally) behind the 5000 M row!
That was brutal especially by myself……KB killed me, box jumps were hard but easier than I thought. 37:07 as Rx’d tons of room for improvement
28:36 using a 35# KB and the 20″ box…never been that disoriented before and I made sure I knew where chuck was just in case

killer. 60# KB, finished in 31:01 — box jumps never enddddd. thanks to pascal and sk for the support (for the entire last round. because they were done already. beasts.) good fun!!

used 35 lb kb, ab mat sit ups and 16 inch box
How sick is it that I am sorry I missed this one?!!
17:44. I used abmat situps, 30″ box, and 12kg kettle bell. I did this workout with a friend and she did 15:44 with abmat situps 26″ box, and 8kg kettle bell.
I also did this workout with my clients at the gym modified for their ability, and they all loved it!
