  • ….4:28, Rx’d. Wow, i look pretty happy in that picture. i think that was the 2km row.

  • I think it might be important to post non-results as well as PRs (it’s a scientist thing)… I had no fire today, I couldn’t move the weight and my heart wasn’t in the WOD. I’m struggling with feeling like I failed and it’s far too easy to overlook an Rx’d baseline yesterday. I’m guessing everyone has an off day and today was mine, tomorrow will be better.

I am listening to my upbeat music to pull myself out of my funk and I’m requesting that my next short (sub 4) metcon be done with the Mortal Kombat theme in the background!

  • yur not alone Kim…I was in same boat as you today Kim…wasn’t feeling it today…but somehow i think grinding through the “not so good” ones make us stronger mentally…@Kimberly

  • Hey Kim…Don’t sweat it. I did press the other day and had NO gas…..Was not even close to what I can normally do. Just had nothing in the tank. Today’s WOD was a little disappointing for me as well. No big deal, get some good food and some sleep. Remember it is a long road……

I am finding if my diet is off it is REALLY affecting my WODs….Keeps me honest when going to the fridge…..

I agree with TAPOUT……gutting it out will make you tougher….

  • @Kimberly
OK, Mortal combat theme it is… now I just have to find it…
