    Incline Bench Press
    75(5)/80(5)/85(5)/90(3)/95(3)/95(3)

    After some good advice from Bryan I felt pretty strong on last set…and my reps were cleaner…nicer…next time 100# x 3…

    Chatted too much…didn’t have time for wod…back to the box tonight… :)

    65×5, 70×5, 80×5, 85×3, 90×3, 95×2 failed on the last rep

    WOD 12:56

    @tapout
    Those numbers sure beat what we used to do at Sportex! We used to get excited if we added ANY weight to the 45# bar…at least I did! I’m anxious to see what my max is tonight.

    @brendan
    Won’t get much complaint for me switching bench in for legs! It was a sweet workout! That 75lb kettle swing was a beast though.

    MEEEE TOoooo…I was thinking of that…wish I had been a “logger” back then…to see what the numbers were…maybe we could beat Gail now on the bench…hee hee jk…

    Nat…note that your incline bench numbers likely won’t be as high as flat bench…@Sunshine

    Had trouble on the bench press this morning. Shoulder wasn’t having it so did push press instead. Can’t remember now if I got to 60 or 65 – somewhere in there!

    Since I am still building on the shoulder strength I went with light weight today for the wod.
    25# for 55 reps. 30 kb managed all sets unbroken. Time was 11:??

    @tapout
    I didn’t realize incline bench was harder than flat…thanks for pointing it out.

    Good shoulder burn on this wod, ‘pushing’ is a weakest link for me so i’m glad when it comes up.

    Did 85# x 3 for incline bench…failed at 90#

    Wod was 9:??
    55# for the Press, 26 reps
    45# KB (unbroken, should have gone heavier)

    I was happy with all unbroken KB with 75#

    Went to Big Island CF in Hilo today!
    We did “CF Total” only 3 attempts

    Back Squat 105# 1rm
    Press 60# 1rm
    Deadlift 155# 1rm ugly but got it up

    Total 320

    It was great, Joel is really welcoming! If anyone ever goes to the Big Island, Hawaii, stop in and say Hi. Picture will be posted on Facebook for those interested.
