		<description>Went to Big Island CF in Hilo today!
We did &quot;CF Total&quot; only 3 attempts

Back Squat 105# 1rm
Press       60# 1rm
Deadlift   155# 1rm  ugly but got it up

Total      320

It was great, Joel is really welcoming! If anyone ever goes to the Big Island, Hawaii, stop in and say Hi. Picture will be posted on Facebook for those interested.</description>

Since I am still building on the shoulder strength I went with light weight today for the wod.
25# for 55 reps. 30 kb managed all sets unbroken.  Time was 11:??</description>
