Workout of the Day

Complete 10 rounds:
Row for 1 minute, rest for 1 minute.
*Your score is the total amount of meters rowed
*Penalty is 1 30″ (men) or 24″ (women) box jump and 1 GHD sit up for every 5 meters under 3000 meters (men) or 2550 (women).

    Holy hell this was intense!
    I was aiming for the 3000m, made it to 2766 so I did 46 box jumps and 46 GHD situps.

    PS. We’re thinking of planning a Bowling Extravaganza (a little much?) to celebrate some January birthdays (mine / Brad S. / MLC / Angela ‘Shakey’ / etc) some time in late February (where we can also celebrate February birthdays…) and all Winnipeg Crossfitters are welcome!

    Just think:
    “3 rounds (10 secs rest between): As many PINS as possible in 20 secs”
    OR
    “For time: 50 bowling ball cleans”
