5 Pull-ups (chin crosses both vertical & horizontal plane of bar)

Rest day, even though I really wanted to BS. I can’t let my new unlimited membership be my undoing.

BS 105# That is not a PR for me but this is one lift that I really need to focus on form. I have a tendency to lean forward on my toes.

Used greed band for pullups. Sit ups were definitely the hardest part of that one.

Explicit gave me a few tips and I have been religious with them……Now getting 50 in a WOD is a different story!!!

Back Squat 135/145/155(f)/145(f)/135 – This was very disapointing for me as my 5RM for Back squat is 165…
Just finished 8 rounds Rx’d on the AMRAP, with approval from Coach Steve on the quality of the reps!

yah I echo that, coach b! the situps were a bitch, unanchored and all! but fun WOD today, miss my backsquats, focused on technique since haven’t lifted heavy from before my trip where workin up from an injury.
