Workout of the Day

Back Squats 5-5-5-5-5

Then, how many Rounds can you finish in 10:00?
5 Pull-ups (chin crosses both vertical & horizontal plane of bar)
10 Push-ups (chest, not belly, to floor)
15 Sit ups (hands on temples, no anchor, no abmat)

    I haven’t back squated since my 1RM PR Sept 3rd. Today felt guuuuud!

    This is the type of wod where I would much chase…than be chased…I think I coulda done more rounds…

  • BS 105# That is not a PR for me but this is one lift that I really need to focus on form. I have a tendency to lean forward on my toes.

    Used greed band for pullups. Sit ups were definitely the hardest part of that one.

  • Explicit gave me a few tips and I have been religious with them……Now getting 50 in a WOD is a different story!!!

  • Back Squat 135/145/155(f)/145(f)/135 – This was very disapointing for me as my 5RM for Back squat is 165…

    Just finished 8 rounds Rx’d on the AMRAP, with approval from Coach Steve on the quality of the reps!

  • squatted 255 and rx’d the wod at 7+18… situps suck!

    yah I echo that, coach b! the situps were a bitch, unanchored and all! but fun WOD today, miss my backsquats, focused on technique since haven’t lifted heavy from before my trip where workin up from an injury.
