Hand Stand Holds 5 x max time (1 min rest)

On the minute:

Perform a 115m/100m rowing SPRINT on the minute every minute for 15 minutes. Record total working time.

  • I’m happy to read the recommended rest day, I was so pumped up full of adrenaline from yesterday’s wod, along with the stinging pain in my rips, I didn’t get enough sleep. See you tomorow, as long as it’s not more pullups.

  • Handstand holds – getting stronger I think. Couldn’t keep track of how long as I couldn’t see the clock.

    Rowing Sprints – total time was 364-ish. Brutally hard!

  • Haven’t done handstand holds before, between 46-1:00 for holds. Happy with my row, 303.1! Thx for the motivation, Chris, was happy to be yours! :)
