Holy crap, it’s been a month already…  I loved reading all the comments about your thoughts so far.

A couple of items to note:

- If you feel hungry all the time, consider eating more or eating more often or eating more fat/protein.

- If you feel like you’re not making the strength gains you should, consider whether your body-weight has an impact on this and whether you can tweak things to avoid this problem; more protein, more fat, timing your meals, etc.

- If you feel like you’re always preparing food, notice how some people put this as a pro ‘I’m rediscovering the kitchen and cooking”, while others listed it as a con.  Maybe you can shift your paradigm.

- If you feel like you’re always trying to explain this lifestyle, check out this email template for friends and family from Pay Now Live Later.

  • Thanks for the e-mail template Turbo!

Today is one of those days where I feel someone out there is testing me. ‘Let’s see how this girls will power handles this’
A girls bday today in my dept… so in my office area there was/is:
Chocolate fondue, donuts, ginger snaps, cookies, a WHOLE tray of sugar mountain treats, nanaimo bar and to top it off seashell truffles. All within 4 ft of me.
For the love of Pete. As I watched everyone wolf down the goods, I ate my banana. It was good… but I’m sure it would have tasted a bit better in the fondue! haha.
I should go check if people are still awake at thier desks after the sugar crash.
