Good morning all – TGIF!
Today is going to be another crazy out of the gate day, not least because I have already had to drive home to get my laptop – DUH.
Was awake for two hours last night before I finally figured out I was hungry. Good grief.
today: Cereal concoction for breakie, prok chop for snack, broccoli slaw with turkey for lunch and Montana’s for dinner for a friends b’day: steak, broccoli and salad is usually what I aim for there.

For dindin, am going to experiment with a butternut squash and make latkes care of Elana’s Pantry website. Should be tasty. As for protein.. maybe some chicken.

Not good for me, I ended up having a burger for supper tonight and a piece of pizza. I will be better tomorrow.
