Mad catch up for my dinner. I find that come evening once I have actually eaten dinner the last thing on my mind is logging it. I was much more diligent with logging breakfast and lunch!
Wednesday: Chicken, onion, spinach, coconut stir fry
Thursday: Salmon with broccoli and spinach
Friday: Spinach & Mushroom Omelet
Saturday: Spinach & Mushroom Omelet
