    42.40 rx’d

    Didn’t care about my time as I have only ever done 1 strict HSPU before and I wanted to rx this wod. Re-did 8 more HSPU at the end as the first 8 I did to a 2.5# plate.

    64 HSPU’s good thing this was done on a Sunday morning ~ there was a lot of “Oh My God’s” and “Jesus’s” yelled out during this. It was an appropriate WOD for today.

    first 46 l-pullups strict and unbroken…last 18 strict but broken…no kipping on hspu…they felt real tough today…

    Did this workout at the grotto today – weighed in at 198.2# (curses!)
    Took me 25:23 – HSPU’s got quite hard!

    Thanks to Derek for pushing, I’ve never done full HSPU’s before so I was pleased. Looking forward to cleaning tomorrow, hoping to show signs of improvement.
