My first reaction was a giggle…then I gasped because I was shocked I actually laughed at someone passing out and hitting their head on a bunch of Dbs!
….Then I got over it and laughed again.

but I was very aware of my knees being everywhere but out where they should be, not a good day for form. I did love the ball slams though I think it’s the only time other than tire flips that I felt some aggression + intensity!
