    My first reaction was a giggle…then I gasped because I was shocked I actually laughed at someone passing out and hitting their head on a bunch of Dbs!

    ….Then I got over it and laughed again.

    Is it just me or does anyone else think that tabata burpees are just wrong?

    Congrats!

    BS 135×5 150×5 155×3 New PR on the last two :) but I was very aware of my knees being everywhere but out where they should be, not a good day for form. I did love the ball slams though I think it’s the only time other than tire flips that I felt some aggression + intensity!

    Did the squats at home tonight did not “feel it” at the start…..

    275 x 5
    315 x 8 (felt pretty good so I kept it going)
    335 x 6

    so…turned out not too bad

    DId the ball slams and burpees and lost track went hard enough to see stars though….
