275 x 5
315 x 8 (felt pretty good so I kept it going)
335 x 6 

so...turned out not too bad

DId the ball slams and burpees and lost track went hard enough to see stars though....

BS 135x5 150x5 155x3 New PR on the last two :) but I was very aware of my knees being everywhere but out where they should be, not a good day for form.  I did love the ball slams though I think it&#039;s the only time other than tire flips that I felt some aggression + intensity!</description>
