Workout of the Day

Power Snatch 6×2

Complete 7 rounds:

Handstand Holds for maximum time
10 Ring Rows

*Handstand hold should be facing the wall or spotted by a coach on a mat… no handstands with backs to wall, please
*Elevate feet on the ring rows to increase difficulty
*If you are uncomfortable with performing handstands, ring supports or tuck supports between two boxes are acceptable substitutions

  • Nice push ups Bean!!

    PR’d on my snatch – 60# that’s 5 more than my last PR. Did 45/45/50/55/60/60 The first set at 60 went up pretty rough so did it twice.

    Handstands managed between 30-50 seconds each round. Hopefully will have feeling back in my arms sometime today!

    60 seconds on each round except 2nd round was trying to do handstand off the wall and lost my balance at 25 seconds
