Workout of the Day

3:30 on, 2:00 rest for each of the following:

A. AMRAP sets of 5 unbroken bench press – 150#/90#
B. AMRAP sets of 10 unbroken db walking lunges – 45#,30#/h
C. AMRAP Sets of 15 unbroken hip extensions
D. AMRAP Sets of 20 unbroken double unders

weight must be racked after 5 reps for bench press
db’s must be dropped after 10 lunges
hands at temples and elbows out for extensions
you must stop skipping after 20 reps are achieved for DU’s

    Suddenly I suck at DU’s that is 2 WODS in a row with shameful numbers. I’m ordering a rope today because if you don’t use it, you lose it :)

  • Thanks everyone who was helping me look for an AirDyne. Finally got a used and abused one today… I’m gonna keep it in my garage… I’ll be like the kid in class who got the nintendo first… everyone will want to be my friend so they can come to my house and play!

    hip ext/3:40: 5 rds (hands on temples + elbows out…brutal)
    DUs/4:00: 10 rds (no broken sets throughout)

    Bench was ok, hip ext were tough! Double unders were awful. Try try again….

    The DUs will come bro…keep at ‘er!(as if there’s any other option)…thing with skills like this is, one day, it all just comes together and BOOM!

    Did the bench press at 75# – should have done more wt for less sets.
