    8 rounds + 5 + 5 @ 75#

I ttly overestimated how much weight I could do on this wod…not super happy with 75# but hey…another humbling wod…

    7 rounds + 5 + 3 @45#

I think I underestimated the weight on this. Think I could have gone 50. The push ups were the hardest and the slowest.

This was deceivingly hard. I knew from the get go that 155# was not going to happen for me, but I am still happy with my results.

    9 Rd’s @ 115# all pushups and GHD’s unbroken

After the last two workouts (Tuesday/Wednesday) involving arms, shoulders and pecs OMG…the push ups were damn hard!!!!

Ugh overhead anything sucks….With my troutlike shoulders this work out quickly changed from push press to split jerk. But even worse was the push ups; Great job Scoot doing all sets unbroken as I think after my third set mine were all broken as hell.

Finish w/ 9 rounds and change.
