		<description>Ugh overhead anything sucks....With my troutlike shoulders this work out quickly changed from push press to split jerk.  But even worse was the push ups; Great job Scoot doing all sets unbroken as I think after my third set mine were all broken as hell.

Finish w/ 9 rounds and change.</description>
