  • Good luck to all our peeps competing tomorrow. Have a blast!

    Don’t normally post PRs, but I hit 185# on the strict press today without much of a struggle (a 10# PR and 15# over bodyweight). Very happy and wanted to share it.

    Awesome Job Stephen!

    Sorry in advance but I loved this WOD. All 3 exercises just flowed and I was able to do lunges and sit-ups unbroken. Time was 16:51.
