Anyone who knows me knows that is not true!
Stuck to 35# for the SDLHP. Could have gone heavier. Lived through the rowing. Total time was 21:31? ish. Heck of a way to start a Monday!
Just wanted to say great job Brad and Pascal for organizing 17 people for a team WOD, Way to think on your toes!!
Team WOD was a lot of fun and still intense! Haven’t been to a “night” class before and was impressed with the number of people. It’s funny how you think you know everyone until you change up your schedule. I was certainly the “newbie” tonight
