My CrossFit experience was so awesome!! I don't think I've ever been around that much genuinely positive energy in my life! Everyone was so gracious and helpful, and at the end of On-Ramp I really felt I could do anything!! Your entire team, male and female, have such enviable physiques and I know I can get there, too, so thank you for what you guys do and for what you"

I haven’t posted any snacks yet so here goes:
Most of my snacks consist of a piece of fruit, some protein (usually whatever leftover meat from dinner) and a handful of almonds. One of my favorites is frozen blueberries (thawed) coconut milk and a scoop of protein powder.
I have really noticed that I don’t crave sugar anymore. When I am craving sweet it is really fruit that I want. I came into this challenge thinking that I would do the challenge then probably allow myself to have the treats I enjoyed before once in a while but I have found I don’t want them anymore and when I did, for one day allow myself some of those things, they weren’t as good as I remembered them being.

carrots strawberries almonds and ground flax for snacks. Supper will be mixed green salad with boneless skinless chicken breast. I can’t believe how fast the last two months have gone. I wish I could say that I’m sad that the challenge is over but I’m not. I can say this only because the way I have been eating the last months is the way I hope to be eating for the rest of my life. Not only has this begun to transform my body, it has transformed how I live my life. I have more energy, I have a better attitude, and when you look better you simply feel better. I have seen strength gains in almost every aspect of my training, lost 25 pounds and feel amazing. I’m really glad I decided to participate in the challenge because I know that from now on this IS the new me.

@Kelly P.
How did you keep the (crushed) almonds from falling off? I tried something similar with pecans on fish…but it failed miserably.
Snacks today – spoonfull of almond butter, almonds, apple, hamboiger pattie.
I love my nuts that’s fo-sho.

3 eggs and two roma tomatoes. I am finding that I am only needing a morning snack and can make it until supper. Sometimes I will have frozen berries at night.
