Snacks today will be fruit/almonds/some sort of protein - whatever happens to be on-hand.</description>

Snacks will probably be a couple clementines and some nuts. 
This is a go to dessert if we are going to someone&#039;s house, or bday party... where we know we won&#039;t be suffering after:
Cake Brownies
Ingredients:
6 TBS oil (I&#039;ve only ever used olive oil, but coconut oil would be tasty)
1/2 C raw honey
2 eggs
1/2 C carob powder (or raw cocoa)
1/2 C pecan or almond nut meal
1/4 C arrowroot flour
Optional: coconut and walnuts 

Mix all and poor into a greased 8x8x2 inch pan (or mini muffin tin). Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Delish!</description>
