I just listened to the link from Smokey jojo…wow…great stuff. I knew about the issue…however, great reminder to ensure my kids have what they need before they go out on their own. The time is NOW

On the topic of food choices…I am so excited that my tastes have changed since doing the Real Food Challenge. Things I used to enjoy eating, (that weren’t good for me) really don’t taste good anymore…they don’t appeal to me anymore. And I have come to really enjoy some of the new foods I’ve discovered…that I was too afraid to try before. (spaghetti squash, yams…to name a couple)
